'Be the change you want to see in the world' - Mahatma Ghandi

Ghandi’s words are just as relevant today as they were when he first uttered them.

When we look around our world we see - and many of us experience -  tyranny, fear, separation and mistrust.

It's hard to know what to do to create real change in our world.

But by choosing compassion, kindness and inclusion in our daily lives we can have an impact on those around us and on consciousness itself.

We are one.
We are unified.
We stand in pure love.

So to support us to 'be the change we want to see in our world' we are hosting a series of new moon and full moon meditations from Tuesday 18 January, 8 – 8.30pm (AWST).

Our founder, Melaney Ryan, will be leading us in meditating to the HUM mantra with a focus on supporting us all to hold our presence in every single moment - to support us to practise compassion, kindness and to stand true to our 'I am' in every exchange.

We have chosen the full and new moon dates to leverage the incredible power of these astrological events. This has never been more important and needed than it is right now.

This free meditation is open to all people, so please feel free to share. We would like as many people as possible to participate.

Please circulate this to your friends and family or anyone you feel may benefit – anybody, including children can join this free meditation.
