One Day Mahat Meditation Retreat
Join us for a one day retreat in the Perth hills to meditate and practice stretching, breathing and grounding exercises surrounded by nature.
Mundaring, Western Australia
We will come together to practice Mahat Meditation and meditate to the Hum mantra, with the intention on transcending duality, creating unified wealth and realising unification within consciousness.
All one day retreats include all practices led by Melaney, morning and afternoon tea and a vegetarian lunch.
Retreat schedules will vary, and will be tailored by Melaney once we have our confirmed retreat attendees.
